The elastic inside the end of the sleeves has some give and won't cut into your arms. If I had one complaint, it's that bust isn't stretchy at all (my bust is 54" and it's a bit tight) so if you're very busty, I'd suggest trying it on before buying.

The cold shoulder makes you feel like you're showing some skin but the long sleeves cover my arms so there's no need to wear with a cardigan. Also no need to wear strapless bra because the shoulder strap covers perfect. Wore this on my birthday and it made me feel so comfortable and special!!
